I have completed Bachelors Of Technology in Computer Science for Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. I am currently researching at Maharaja Agrasen Institute Of Technology, New Delhi. My research is on artificial intelligence and its applications in Data Mining and Information Retrieval. I am also very inclined towards Context Aware Services and applications of machine learning in Networks and Network Security. I have particular interest in Machine Learning as I believe that the future lies in system which can make independent decisions.
Implementing AI theories in game Reversi (Submitted as a project for CSCI S182, Harvard Summer School)
A working and intelligent agent which can make independent decisions in playing the game Reversi. Reversi is an 8X8 board game similar to chess. The agent could learn from experience. It was developed in Java. It applied concepts of machine learning, Game theory and minimax algorithm. I devised a new algorithm based on Minimax Algorithm for playing the game, and it performed better than Minimax in most cases.
Intelligent & Interactive Search Bot (Submitted as a final year project in B.Tech at GGSIPU)
It filters unwanted information in searching by interacting with the user. It accepts the users search requirement and learns about his preferences, and then displays only relevant results for him and filters out the irrelevant ones. The system is an intelligent system and learns from experience and learns even while usage. It was developed in ASP.net.
Won 1st Prize in IEEE Project Presentation at Bharti Vidyapeeth College Of Engineering, New Delhi.
Nominated as the best final year project at MAIT, New Delhi.
Advanced Intelligent Networks(AIN) for Critical Systems (Research Intern, Positive Solutions Ltd.)
Using AIN for NS/EP using several key mitigating strategies.
User context prediction for location aware services.
Providing adaptive and personalized services by identifying user context by tracking movement and activities. The system tracks user actions with his phone device and other electronic devices to determine his context, and then then provides him services accordingly.
Re-ranking in searching using feedback
Improving information retrieval by increasing accuracy while learning from minimum user feedback. The system takes input from multiple users to compile a training set which helps in re-ranking the search results for better accuracy in searching.
Harvard Summer School in CSCI S182- Intelligent Machines: Learning and Decision Making
(June2010- August 2010) Grade: A-, Score: 90.5, Graduate Credits: 4
The course focused at investigating decision making in computer agents and humans and leaning concepts artificial intelligence like game theory and machine learning
Positive Solutions Limited- Research Internship
Worked on research on Networks and Security projects;
I am a vocalist and a rhythm guitarist by hobby. I love playing sports as it keeps the body and mind fresh and healthy.
